This training is for Children Centre Staff only

We will be delivering this training online. Those that attend will need to have access to a computer, Microsoft Teams and an email. You will also need a quiet place where you can work uninterrupted.

To access this training course you will receive a Microsoft Teams invitation. Please check your emails to make sure you accept the training invite.


Course Description:

This training is for Children Centre staff who have had previous training on the system and want to have additional training on the new system.

These sessions will recap on the following:
1) creating people
2) creating family groups on the system
3) adding people to a family group
4) creating a childminder group
5) adding Children Centre Registration Forms
6) creating activities for a children centre
7) adding activity session dates
8) adding participants to an activity
9) adding outcomes for an activity
10) copying participants from a session date to another session date / activity



You will need to attend all the training. During the training you will be expected to fully participate in entering test data onto the system. You will need to be able to dedicate your time to the training and practice entering data onto the system.
