Event description

This network meeting used to be known as NSP Network.  An opportunity for all Ealing Early Years NSPs DSLs and deputy NSPs DSLs to meet and be able to develop their practice within their setting, through case discussions and guest speakers. This course is ideal for candidates to attend once they have attended the Role of Nominated Safeguarding Persons Designated Safeguarding Lead training and wish to increase their confidence and knowledge in their role and helps you meet the EYFS requirement to have regular updates on safeguarding concerns. Please note to attend this course you must be a DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead) or deputy DSL in your setting and therefore must have attended the 'Role of the Designated Safeguarding Lead training' prior to attending this training.

- To provide candidates with updates on safeguarding and legislation;
- To support candidates with their safeguarding experiences when working with children;
- Allow candidates to network with other early years NSPs and multi agency persons within their locality;
