Event description

We will be delivering this introduction to safeguarding training online.

Those that attend will need to have access to a computer and an email.  We advise not to use your mobile phone as there will be some interaction surveys/quiz to complete.  You will also need a quiet place where you can work uninterrupted. Please keep your emails up-to-date as we sent a Microsoft Teams invitation.

Once we confirm your place you will receive an MS Teams invitation.
The MS Teams invitation will be for 3 hours; 2 ½ hours teaching and ½ hour for technical issues and a break.

If you can’t see the MS Teams invitation in your email in box please check your junk/spam inbox for training confirmation/invitation therefore please make sure your email is correct on your Ealing CPD Online account.

To join the meeting on the day you don’t have to download the MS Teams app you would just need to open your email invitation and click on the link to join the training.  When you click on the link you will be asked to type in your name and then wait to be invited to join by the host.

If face-to-face: at the Ealing Education Centre

We will send out a confirmation and let you know the venue

This course is designed to raise awareness of safeguarding and child protection issues. The course will allow those who come into contact with children and their families to explore and develop an understanding of safeguarding children and provide attendees with the knowledge and skills to deal with child protection situations.

Cost Description
