| Event description | This training will be deliverd via Microsoft Teams By attending this course attendee’s will: · Consider what constitutes neglect and how to recognise it – Has Covid 19 Made a difference to how we understand neglect and respond to it? · Consider the impact of neglect on child development · Understand the basics around how the brain develops · Have a better awareness of adolescent neglect · Look at learning from Serious Case Reviews · Explore their own values around neglect · Explore what to do once Neglect has been identified and where to go for support · Think about the kinds of conversations to have with families and professionals when tackling neglect |
